First off, I had my first day of desk duty today. I didn’t get ANY sleep last night. I don’t know why. None. Zip. Nada. I just laid there all night. Awake. And this data entry job is the most mundane job I could ever imagine. My left pinky hurts like a bitch after hitting the tab key about 9 THOUSAND TIMES.

Aside from that, I got a review from Ask And Ye Shall Receive. I was a bit pissed at first as I got the Guest Reviewer, after seeing what happened to the blog formerly known as Miss Britt. But, they loved me, and gave me 3 stars. They even threatened to start stalking me, which to me is the ultimate compliment. I so rule.

Lastly, I just want to let everyone know that I’m really sorry if I haven’t been by your blog lately. I’ve been way, way too busy and in too much pain to sit down and go over them. And since I’m just a temp guy doing the dirty work at my temp posistion, I don’t get much free time. If I get a chance, rest assured I will be by sooner or later.

Finally, I got my transitional work job today. What that means, simply, is that I have a desk job starting Thursday morning. So, the good news is that I have a job again and can actually make some real money. The bad news is that I have to actually be awake in the morning. I don’t do good with mornings. The most morning I usually see is the time from midnight until I decide to go to bed, and the occasonal time I wake up at 11:30am. At least I get free coffee….I hope. I better get free coffee if they expect me to get up that early (8am) and type shit into a computer all day. I might finally have some extra money and be able to buy good beer.

What have I been doing in the meantime you ask? (I know you probably don’t care, but I’m gonna tell ya anyway) Um, not much. After I finished both seasons of Dead Like Me, I moved on to the epsiodes of Bones I haven’t seen, and this week has been all 5 seasons of Scrubs. How did I never watch that show? It rocks! (especially since Dr. Cox loves to wear Red Wings Jerseys and called them the Greatest team in the history of Hockey….it’s so true!) I have been laughing my ass off all week (more so when I’m medicated). After that I’ll be moving on to The Shield. Oh wait, I’LL BE WORKING! YAY!

I’m so happy The Detroit Tigers finally made the playoffs. Hell, I’m just happy they had a season above .500, now I just need the Detroit Lions to do the same.

One more thing…….I RULE!

The Michigan Wolverines beat Wisconson 27-13. They are now 4-0. Yeah buddy.

The Michigan State Spartans blew a 16 point lead going in to the 4th quarter against Notre Dame. WTF? Honestly, I wasn’t all too surprised. Typical MSU. I think the fact that Notre Dame won pisses me off more than the Spartans losing.

The Detroit Tigers seemed to have realized how bad they have sucked in the past month and started kicking ass again. They gave the Royals a beatdown, which in doing so, earned them a Playoff Spot, whether it be Central Division Title, or the Wild Card, they are in. WOOHOO! THE TIGERS ARE GOING TO PLAYOFFS! THE TIGERS ARE GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS!

And The Detroit Lions? Yeah, they lost again. To the fucking Packers. What a total shocker, huh?

This week has been a string of dissapointments. First off, after last week where I spent about 4 hours on the phone with my cousin trying to fix my Dads computer, I had them ship the hard drive to me so I could just set the shit up myself, the right way. I made that fucker parent-proof, installing Firefox, Thunderbird, and all the antivirus and spyware shit you could dream of, along with one badass firewall that requires a special password, which my parents shall never ever know. If I ever have to fix that thing again, they’re getting linux and the only thing they’ll be able to access is known email and Ebay.

Next, after the Neurologist told my doctor last week that he would get me in AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, the soonest they could get me in is three weeks (well, down to two weeks now). Awesome.

My mom has bugged the shit out of me for the past few weeks to go see a chiropractor, so I finally went (mainly becouse, sorry to say, I just wanted her to shut up about it). And, turns out, with my astounding luck, I picked the one fucking hippie chiropractor who doesn’t like to move shit, he just likes to use his hippie thumper tool and tell me I need to take his hippie fishpills.

So, after a secod visit today, I called and cancelled my next appt, and called a REAL chiropractor. I made sure of this by asking this: Do you move stuff around like a normal chiropractor, or are you one those “new age” type. Once he finished laughing, he acknowledged that he actually moved stuff around like a chiropractor should.

Also, after getting papers to go back to work, with restictions of no glasses or helmet (clean room bunny suit helmet), I thought I might actually get to go do something and earn some real money. But, alas, I was turned down as they usually do. My boss told me to go home. Then, my leave provider was trying to get me a sort-of temp job where I work at a desk, but that got shot down as well. I think they all hate me and just want me to have no money (and possibly no truck). I’ve asked this before, but, any rich people out there wanna give me money? Like a spare mill or so? Maybe just a grand?

Lets see, what else? Oh yeah, the fucking rainy season started in. Awesome, 8 fucking months of nothing but rain. Wonderful.
