What’d I do?

December 26, 2006 2:29 am

Not that it’s actually interesting, but here’s what I did this weekend.

Sunday: drove around, bought some cooking crap, went home, cooked, cleaned, went out for more cooking crap, went to Panera Bread (just opened this week….finally…five years in this damn hippie state without one!), finished cooking, cleaned up everything, and then called family, and then gave the doggies their christmas presents (new toys and some rawhide chewies!). Then I finally passed out around 2am

Monday: Got up, got a shower, drank coffee, headed over to T & D’s place for the day. Ate dinner, watched movies, played games, and drank White Russians all day long. After that, came home and watched movies with the dogs till about 5am, as I had to go to work Tuesday night.

P.S. The board game, Risk, sucks ass. I kept rolling a fucking 1 every damn time.

Your Christmas weekend was a hell of a lot more exciting than mine! I just lay on the couch feeling sorry for myself! Ugh…

I think the dice was fixed…

Panera Bread? Sweet!

I like Risk. But yes, it is helpful if you roll higher numbers.

Yeah I agree, Risk sucks ass. I’ve found if you do well the first turn or 2, you win. If you do poorly, you loose. After turn 2 or 3, really, you are just playing it out, waiting for the inevitable.

Sounds like you had a good couple days. WTF is Panera Bread? Us NW Hippies dont know what that is. You’ll have to let me know.

I totally suck at Risk. Not only can’t I roll worth a damn, but I can never pick the right countries, and always get wiped out early in the game.

I’ll take a game of SORRY! any day!

You guys made me play Risk, I didn’t want to. It’s not my fault that world domination comes easy to me.

Also I must agree, Panera bread is quite delicious and it’s about damn time they opened one.

It sounds like you had the perfect Christmas.

My husband loves Risk. He could play for hours. Yawn.
