After I fixed the bad file in linux, I fucked it up a few times more while attempting to get some widescreen resolution, I finally decided to make the switch. So, I put in the new hard drive, and installed XP. Once I got pretty much everything set up, it was time to play with the ATI drivers to get the widescreen resolution (the most beautiful of resolutions). After about an hour of screwing with various driver distro’s, I finally just said fuck it and went across the street to the OEM shop and picked a nice new NVIDIA video card. And wouldn’t ya know it, five minutes later I was lovin’ life with exact sized wonderful Widescreen Resolution.

Ooooh oooooh OOOOOOHHH! I also got all the kickass lightscribe software stuff as well! It totally rules.

 Thats pretty much as far as Ive gotten. I was fixing my friends laptop all day today (with a nice trip to the dog park earlier in the day). I’ll be snowboarding all day tomorrow.  Then it’s back to work.

 Oh, and I gotta tell ya. I just got done watching this movie called Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, and it was just FUCKED UP. But damn was it funny.
